FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers, no fine print.
What does domain-repair.com actually do?
It scans your clients' domains for the DNS problems that hurt email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blacklist status, and can fix the ones it finds once you connect a provider.
Is the free scan really free?
Yes. No signup, no account, results in seconds. It's rate-limited per network per day to keep it available for everyone.
Will it change my DNS without asking me?
No. Every domain starts read-only, and a proposed fix always waits for a person to approve it by default. You can opt a domain into automatic fixing, and turn it back off any time.
Which DNS providers can it write to?
GoDaddy today, with fixes applying directly once connected. Cloudflare can be connected and scanned now, write access is still in development. See the Integrations page for exact status.
Which sending platforms does it connect to?
Email Bison, Instantly, and Smartlead, read-only, to discover which domains you're actually sending from.
Is my data safe?
Scan results and, if you provide one, your email address are stored to show you history and follow up on requests, never sold or shared with third parties. See the Security page for the full data-handling details.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Every applied fix keeps the previous value, and reverting it is one click. Every change, proposed, approved, applied, or reverted, is recorded with who decided it and when.
How much does it cost?
domain-repair.com is in early access and not yet priced publicly, the free scan is unlimited to try. See Pricing for what early access includes.
How do I get started?
Run a free scan first, no account needed. For continuous monitoring and fixes, email kasper@zachodigital.com and you'll hear back from a person, typically within one business day. No call is scheduled or required.
